Stir Fry Sammich #Vegan

I made a stir fry how I do: leftover rice, chopped up veg, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sherry cooking wine. We had a scooch left over, and Sara said, “Keep it and make yourself a sandwich out of it. I like stir fry sandwiches.”

Well, you KNOW I wasn’t going to throw it out, regardless, but a stir fry sandwich sounded interesting. I wasn’t in the mood for bready bread bread, though, so I reheated the stir fry and stuffed it into a pita half.

Yes, lord! Highly recommended.

      It was. Next time I make a stir fry, I’m going to set some aside just for this.

      The furkids post on Caturday. The lazy bums didn’t post while I was gone or while I was resting up from the vacation. They said if I wasn’t going to post, why should they? They’ll be back this Caturday. They’re fighting over whose turn it is, but I’m pretty sure it’s Adi’s turn.
